ABOUT US

We are hereby to inform you that the ABDURRAHMAN ABDULWAHEED INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION was established year ago and it was registered in this year, that is on twenty seventh day of July, 2007, by the CORPORATE AFFAIRS COMMISSION at Abuja, Federal Republic of Nigeria.This Foundation is meant to develop Islamic religion and to help human being whenever there is need for that help.Some of the aims and objectives of this Foundation as quoted from it’s constitution are as follows:
(a) To propagate Islam with a view to promoting its understanding the cause of Islam in Nigeria.
(b) To promote unity of Muslims for the purpose of defending the cause of Islam in Nigeria and the world at large.
(c) To raise the educational, moral and spiritual standards of Muslims in Nigeria.
(d) To work towards improving the conditions of the needy and less privileged members of society.
(e) To provide aid to victims of an ecological or natural disasters in the form of relief materials, shelter, cash, e. t. c.
(f) To assist the needy in times of sickness through the provision of drugs and food items, payments of medical bills, e. t. c. to assuage the suffering of these unfortunate Muslims.
(g) To organize visitations to and provide philanthropic services to hospitals, prison yards, remand homes, orphanages, graveyards, e. t. c.
(h) To organize public lectures symposium, seminars, workshops and conferences toward educating Moslems in general.
(i) Establishing educational institutions for the purpose of providing western and Islamic education at Nursery, Primary and Secondary levels.
(j) Organizing trainers training courses in dialogue and comparative religion and Da’awah for members.
(k) To support any project this provides social benefit to the Islamic community.Below are lists of the respective members and their corresponding positions in the foundation.
